Terms of Use for Shopify Hydrogen Templates

1. License Grant

1.1. By purchasing our pre-made Shopify Hydrogen template, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for one Shopify store implementation.

1.2. This license is valid for a single domain/store and cannot be used across multiple implementations.

2. Restrictions

2.1. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell the template to any third party
  • Use the template on multiple stores or domains
  • Sublicense, lease, or rent the template
  • Create derivative products based on the template for distribution or sale

2.2. You may:

  • Make necessary modifications to the template for your own store's functionality
  • Implement the template on a single Shopify store
  • Maintain and update the template as needed for your store

3. Template Customization

3.1. Custom modifications to pre-made templates:

  • We offer professional customization services for our templates
  • Customization requests will be quoted separately
  • The original license terms remain in effect for customized pre-made templates

3.2. Custom Template Development:

  • Custom-developed templates are provided with a separate license agreement
  • Custom templates include full rights to use, modify, and resell the custom code
  • A full transfer of rights will be provided in writing for custom development work

4.1. The original template, its design, code structure, and components remain the intellectual property of Increasio LLC, and it's partners.

4.2. Your license grants you usage rights as specified above but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

5. Support and Updates

5.1. Template support is provided for:

  • Initial installation assistance
  • Bug fixes related to original template functionality
  • Documentation for template usage

5.2. Support does not include:

  • Custom modifications beyond the original template scope
  • Integration with third-party applications
  • Training on Shopify or web development

6. Term and Termination

6.1. This license is perpetual for the specified version of the template purchased.

6.2. The license may be terminated if you breach any of these terms.

7. Liability

7.1. The template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

7.2. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the template.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of Americe, Delaware, United Kingdom.

By purchasing and using our template, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use.
